    Our staff are trained to recognize each individual's unique abilities, to meet clients at their abilities, and encourage greater autonomy.

  • Inclusive Coliving

    Coliving is a shared living arrangement in which multiple individuals live together as one big family with a focus on supporting each other.

  • Social Club

    The Cohome Social Club is a chance to be yourself, together! Each week we get together to talk, do activities, and to go on adventures.
